"Equipping the family to equip the church-
Equipping the church to equip the family"

Our Family

Both my wife and I grew up in pastor’s homes.  We met at Bible College from where I planned to launch into a cutting-edge, life-changing ministry.  Over the last 16 years we have taken a pilgrimage that has included:  inner-city youth ministry in Los Angeles, Christian school administration, Christian camping, Men’s Ministry, etc.  In each of these arenas I found great need, but also have found the wineskin lacking for meeting these real needs.  A need for real relationship with Jesus that was modeled within their family.

Then, in the most unlikely manner while still a Christian school vice-principal, my heart was awoken to home-schooling.  At first God used the same method he’s using within our country today, he used my lack of resource.  At the time we had three children and could only afford to send one of them to the Christian school where I worked.  Not wanting to send my little daughter through a metal detector in the L.A. public kindergarten, we began to consider our options.  We attended one homeschool conference and instantly the Spirit grabbed our attention.
